By Transferring Money to secure your booking, you are agreeing to conditions:

• The equipment hired must remain property of Just Cause and not be sold or sublet
• Upon collection hirers agree to return item(s) in same condition it was left in, failing to do so will result forfeit of bond, this will be assessed between owner and hirer upon collection
• If you cancel 48 hours before event, your deposit will be returned for credit to use within 6 months if there is availability (special conditions apply, if an illness occurs, etc - communication is key)
• Same day cancellation, fault of customer, full monies will be owed to Just Cause
• No substances, smoke, sharp objects or any damages to arch(es)
• $100 bond will be refunded within 24 48 hours upon collection if the condition is returned the same
